One Year Limited Warranty
KL Industries, Inc. warrants that for a period of one year from the date of purchase this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship. During this period such defects will be repaired or replaced, at KL Industries’ option. Replacement will be made with a new or remanufactured product or components. If the product is no longer available, replacement may be made with a similar product of equal or greater value.
This warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser from the date of initial retail purchase and is not transferable. Proof of purchases is required to obtain warranty performance.
This warranty does not cover normal wear of parts or damage caused from any of the following: negligent use or misuse of the product, use of improper voltage or current, use contrary to the operating instructions or failure to follow maintenance instructions, use of non-KL Industries accessories or parts, commercial, in profit or non-profit instructional or rental applications, disassembly, repair or alteration by anyone other than KL Industries. The warranty does not cover acts of God, such as fire, flood, hurricanes and tornadoes.
KL Industries shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from any defects in workmanship or material. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state or province to province.
How to Obtain Warranty Service
All warranty claims must be handled directly by contacting KL Industries, Inc. Send the product (postage prepaid) along with your proof of purchase to the address listed below. Please include name, address, telephone number, email address, product model and description of the problem. If the product is out of warranty you will be advised of the cost before any work begins.
DO NOT RETURN THIS PRODUCT TO THE PLACE OF PURCHASE.
